Prices and payment

All prices include VAT at the current legal rate. Shipping costs are displayed before payment confirmation. We accept MB Way, Multibanco, credit or debit card, and PayPal.

Deliveries

Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 business days. Azores and Madeira: 5 to 10 business days. Rest of Europe: 5 to 15 business days. Consult the Shipping policy.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to return your order without providing any justification, under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014. The product must be sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging. Consult the Refund policy for the procedure.

Warranty

All products have a 3-year legal warranty of conformity, under the terms of Decree-Law no. 84/2021.

Applicable law and disputes

Portuguese law applies. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the right to have recourse to the courts of your country of residence, under the terms of Regulation (EU) no. 1215/2012.
