4.2. Available payment methods include: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Multibanco Reference, and MB Way (where applicable).

5.1. We ship to all European countries.
5.2. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

  • Mainland Portugal and Islands: 2 to 5 business days (Mainland) or 5 to 10 business days (Azores and Madeira).
  • Rest of Europe: 5 to 15 business days, depending on the shipping method and location.

5.3. If delivery is delayed due to external factors (strikes, weather conditions, customs, etc.), the customer will be informed.
5.4. High-value orders may require additional confirmation to ensure safe delivery.

6. Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns

6.1. Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting geekvortexoficial@gmail.com.
6.2. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
6.3. Customized or used products cannot be returned unless due to a manufacturing defect.
