Subscription Cancellation Policy

At GeekVortex, we want to ensure a transparent and fair experience for all our customers.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty, by accessing your account at geekvortex.pt or by contacting our customer support team.

Cancellation Deadline Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period.

Refunds Subscription periods that have already been paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable Portuguese and European law, including the right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance contracts (Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February).

Automatic Renewal Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive an email notification before each renewal.
